Are you ready to start experimenting with arm balances, inversions and the more difficult postures? Each month these new, on-going, 2 hour workshops will explore arm balances, inversions and other "difficult" postures in a way that is accessible for students of all levels. You will be taught how to safely insert them in your 'home' practice and your Inner Strength Yoga classes.
